Refund terms

Refunds for Işık purchases are processed via Stripe under the terms shown at checkout, without limiting your statutory consumer rights. This notice does not limit those rights.

Request a refund

To request a refund, write to FIGLISH LTD at figlish@mail.com with your purchase email details; your request is processed via Stripe. Do not send card or bank details by email.
