Seller and acceptance
Işık is provided by FIGLISH LTD. By using Işık you agree to these terms and contract with FIGLISH LTD for the service. Contact figlish@mail.com for support or rights-holder complaints. Keep account credentials confidential and provide only content you have the right to use.
Service and limitations
Işık offers wishes, gratitude journals, affirmations, meditation audio, symbolic astrology, photo-based coffee readings, Tarot and an AI Guide. These are for wellbeing, entertainment and self-reflection, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate; verify them before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, device speech, background audio or push delivery.
Acceptable use and AI
Do not use Işık for illegal activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, malware, intellectual-property infringement or interference with security (including probing, unauthorised scraping or bypassing limits). Do not attempt to jailbreak AI safeguards. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded photos, rights to inputs, checking outputs and how you use them. We may refuse or filter outputs and remove or restrict content to enforce these rules.
Intellectual property
FIGLISH LTD retains rights to the service software, documentation and branding. You retain your rights to your inputs and give us permission to process them solely to provide the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use AI outputs; they may not be unique and we do not guarantee copyright protection or freedom from infringement. Report infringements to figlish@mail.com with details of the work and disputed content. We may remove infringing content and suspend repeat infringers.
Premium and billing
Premium costs US$6 per month, renewing monthly until cancelled; applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Membership belongs to your signed-in account across devices. Confirmed paid billing periods include 100 AI Guide voice messages, renewed with the next paid period. No new free Premium trials are offered; Premium unlocks after payment confirmation. Previously started trials remain available until their original expiry.
Payment and cancellation
Payments are processed securely via Stripe; your card details never reach us. In supported countries, tax, fraud protection, dispute and refund handling are managed by Stripe; your bank statement may show LINK.COM*. Cancel any time with “Manage / cancel membership” in Premium; access remains until the end of your paid period, with no further renewal.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account in Işık; cancel recurring membership first. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
